(上回提要:我地參觀完呢個黃金海岸酒店的房之後)
晚上我地就來了吃一頓浪漫的晚餐喇!在中菜同西餐的選擇下,M先生揀左西餐,佢真係知我的心意!默契呢樣野真係好神奇,真係唔知天生有丫,定係要培養出黎架呢?
我們就在酒店大堂的餐廳享用西餐,環境不俗,不嘈吵又不是太多人,空間感大真係好緊要呀!好似包場咁,一望無際,無論係情侶談情定係三五知己把酒談歡,都係十個舒服呀!

先來的就是麵包籃,兩個人有四個的包,全部都是健康的穀物包,個個都乎合左我對餐包的基本要求,烘得熱辣辣!
我地決定食哂佢!!哈哈!

先來頭盤我的最愛凱撒沙律(Caesar Salad)仲要伴鮮蝦!味道不錯,不過如果那些蘿文生菜(Romaine Lettuce) 可以嫩D唔好攪到淋哂,D麵包粒 (crouton)可以脆番D的話就更加好喇!

最欣賞就是呢塊芝士片喇!薄薄脆脆有濃濃的芝士香,真係十個好味!我想講沙律的份量都幾多,少一半就差唔多呀~

M先生的就是煙鴨胸伴芒果伴黑醋,賣相就比較一般,有點舊式扒房的味道,頭盤黎講,個份量都真係多左!芒果夾著鴨胸一齊吃,很清新!

好彩都係一人一小杯,兩者比較,我喜歡蕃茄湯多一些,因為酸酸的令人很開胃一啖接一啖!雖然個名有vodka, 不過都唔係太覺有咩酒味!
反而個西蘭花我就飲唔哂,其實個味唔算好差,不過有點"漏"同埋個人黎講對D綠色的湯冇咩好感,梗係令我想起捉鬼敢死隊的鬼口水

湯之後又來頭盤,沒錯,又是頭盤!
論食物的賣相,我會俾呢個冠軍,看上去比較潮流一些,睇唔睇得出呢碟係咩黎?
呢碟的名堂就是薄三文魚配黑魚子牛油飯伴羅勒忌廉汁,睇個名都知勁,長到咁!
薄薄的三文魚很嫩滑,加上它的好拍檔羅勒提昇了香味!
食到呢個時候,牛油飯都只係食一啖試下就夠喇!因為仲有主菜同甜品!

M先生的就是露筍鮮蝦酥盒!唔知點解呢碟俾我的感覺就回復番舊式扒房的味道喇!

主菜之前先來了一杯青檸雪芭清一清口腔。。。
接著就是主菜了!有寶雲酥羊架和煎鵝肝牛柳!從來主菜牛同羊的配搭係我地的最愛!

上圖的特別之處就是好彩我地冇食哂兩個包喇!如果唔係,食到呢個Moment, 真係再食唔落喇!
主菜的肉質一般,再加上之前的份量真係太多,再來兩大舊肉,食左好耐但係好似食極都仲有咁

於是個主菜都差唔多食左成個鐘,當然都係食唔哂!
最後來一個完美的甜品作句號!甜品是好耐都冇食過的焗雪山Baked Alsaka
最鍾意都唔係食的過程,而係睇住個侍應點火,成個山著火的一幕,只可惜我捕捉唔到o個一刻,映的時候已經遲左少少,得番丁點的藍火同你地share ~

大約1分鐘都唔駛,個火就熄左,我就用匙羹將雪山劈開!講真我唔係好受得好重的酒味,所以我都係食左蛋白同入面的雪糕,食唔到底的海綿蛋糕,因為佢吸哂D酒,味太勁,我真係放唔到入口!

呢一餐到咖啡茶的時候都已經差唔多食左3個鐘喇!好似食左一個懷舊經典西餐咁,真係又是另一番的體驗~
